Artist Statement:
Art is not only beauty but also emotion, energy and the most efficient means of communication. Whether your medium be music, sculpting, photoshop or welding scrap metal together, art is planning, problem solving, execution and creation.
A little about me - Amanda Castillo
It all began many moons ago, I was a misfit high school kid looking for a creative outlet. I started off as a musician and being a young guitar player in need of promotion, I started designing flyers, t-shirts, stickers and buttons for my band, Suspended.
From there I also started doing photo, video and audio sessions for my band and other local artists and businesses. I am a very vertical artist and a great problem solver.
